Dear Me
Promoting self-love and forgiveness lies at the heart of the Dear Me project. It began in 2023 through a partnership with the Boom Festival, where participants were invited to write a letter to themselves—an exercise in reflection on life, the value of gratitude, and the burden of self-judgement. Ser Mudança’s commitment is that “at the right time”, and no later than the next edition of the festival, the letter will reach its intended recipient. Given the project’s impact, particularly due to its element of surprise, the Ser Mudança Association has been implementing it across a variety of settings.
