Inspired by our project Gerasol – Combating Loneliness in the elderly through generational exchange, and committed to the importance of improving the quality of life for older adults, we recommend the film “Envelhescência” by Gabriel Martinez. The documentary tells the story of six individuals who live life to the fullest and show us that life after 60 can be filled with activities and good humor.
